Privacy notice

This notice explains how information submitted through the Aluna Piantini website, a Grupo Roble project, is handled. If you have questions about your data, write to hola@alunapiantini.com.

Information collected through the form

The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, preferred apartment layout, optional budget and how you heard about the project. With your consent, this information is used to respond to your inquiry and contact you about Aluna Piantini. Inquiries are recorded in Google Sheets through Google Apps Script and viewed in Aluna’s CRM. The team at hola@alunapiantini.com is also notified through EmailJS and Aluna’s Outlook account. To prevent duplicate records, Netlify stores a technical identifier, a submission fingerprint and its status, without copying the form fields into that technical record. We do not request identification documents, banking information or payments through this website.

To avoid repeating the initial invitation, your browser can remember whether you have seen the pop-up form. This preference does not store your name, email address, telephone number or other information you enter in the form.

Your browser remembers your language choice for future visits.

Virtual assistant

The assistant uses Anthropic’s Claude API to answer questions about the project. Your message and recent conversation history are sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Do not share sensitive information. We store questions, answers, timestamps and the originating page in private site storage to respond to inquiries and support sales follow-up. Authorized team members can view this history through their authenticated CRM session. Your conversation is anonymous until you provide your details. If you share your name and phone number in the chat, we record them in the CRM so the sales team can follow up, with the source “Chat Bot Web”. If you complete the form in the same browser session, the conversation is also linked to your contact record. Your browser temporarily stores a conversation identifier, not a copy of your messages. We do not send chat content to Google Analytics or Meta. You can request deletion of your history by emailing hola@alunapiantini.com.

The assistant may make mistakes. Please confirm pricing, availability, estimated completion and purchase terms with the sales team and in the contract documents. The chat cannot reserve apartments or schedule appointments on its own.

Visitor measurement

We use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions such as form inquiries, opening the tour and clicking WhatsApp. Measurement starts when you enter the site, without a consent panel, and may use first-party cookies and technical identifiers to produce browsing statistics. We also use the Meta pixel to measure visits and received inquiries and to evaluate Facebook and Instagram campaigns. An inquiry event is recorded only after receipt is confirmed. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form fields or chat conversations to these services. Meta advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled. For visits from the Dominican Republic, Google Ads may use cookies and technical click identifiers to associate an ad with a confirmed inquiry. Outside the Dominican Republic, or when the visitor’s country cannot be determined, this advertising measurement remains disabled.

The five valid UTM campaign parameters may be retained as you browse in this tab and included with your inquiry to identify its source, ad and ad set. They are discarded after 30 minutes without navigation. We honor previous measurement opt-outs saved in this browser. Your browser settings and content blockers may limit measurement. The hosting provider may also generate technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Providers and external links

Operating this site may involve Netlify (hosting and duplicate submission protection), Google Sheets and Apps Script (inquiry records), Microsoft Outlook and EmailJS (email notifications), Anthropic (assistant responses), and Google Analytics and Meta (visitor and campaign measurement). These services may process information outside the Dominican Republic. WhatsApp, social networks, Google Maps, YouTube and the virtual tour open as external services with their own policies.

Questions about your data

You may request information about, correction of or deletion of the data you have shared, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing hola@alunapiantini.com. The team will handle your request in accordance with applicable obligations. Sales information will be retained as necessary to respond to the inquiry and meet those obligations; this notice does not specify an unconfirmed retention period.
